OUR HISTORY
At The Pilgrim Hub we were born with a clear idea: to be the warm, professional and friendly support point that every pilgrim deserves when starting their journey to Santiago.
We're not a distant agency managing bookings from a faraway office. We're here in Tui, right on the Camino , waiting for you with open arms to welcome you, give you your documents, and ensure you start your adventure with complete peace of mind.
The Hub: Much more than an office
Located in the historic heart of Tui, our physical store is designed by and for walkers. It's the place where your journey comes to life before you even take the first step.

Welcome Reception and Briefing: We'll meet you in person to explain every detail of your route, review the map, give you local tips, and answer any last-minute questions. (If your transport is delayed or you arrive outside our opening hours, don't worry! We'll leave your Welcome Kit with a detailed guide directly at the reception of your first accommodation.)

Delivery of your Pilgrim Kit: We will personally deliver your Official Credential, information and exclusive merchandise.

Luggage storage and management: The safe starting point where we coordinate the collection and daily transfer of your backpacks.

A space to connect: A meeting point where you can breathe in the authentic Jacobean atmosphere, take a breath and prepare with enthusiasm for the journey.
Opening and Reception Hours
We look forward to welcoming you to our shop in the center of Tui and providing you with everything you need for your trip:
Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 16:00 h.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed.
Are you arriving outside of our business hours?
Don't worry! The Camino doesn't keep to a schedule, and transport can sometimes be delayed. If you're arriving in Tui after opening hours or in the early hours of the morning, we'll arrange for your Welcome Kit to be delivered directly to the reception of your first accommodation.
You will find your badge, information, and a detailed printed guide with the briefing information.

Behind The Pilgrim Hub there are no algorithms or anonymous managers: there is a local, hospitable human team deeply passionate about Galician culture and the Jacobean spirit.
We know the Portuguese Way firsthand because we've walked it, we live it every day, and we know exactly what a pilgrim feels when they first put on their backpack. We love being the first smile to greet you when you arrive in Tui, recommending that little family-run tavern that isn't in the traditional guidebooks, or being on the other end of the phone to reassure you if you have any questions along the way.
